Territory of the City of Cavite.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Territory of the City of Cavite. - The City of Cavite, which is hereby created, shall comprise the present territorial jurisdiction of the municipality of Cavite, in the Province of Cavity: Provided, That the President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines is hereby authorized when the public interests demand; it to extend the limits of the City of Cavite to include the outlying municipalities or portions of such municipalities.
