Section 1

SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may necessary, are appropriated out of the general fund in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be at the disposal of the Directory of Public Works, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Public Works, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications and the provisions hereinafter set forth, for the purposes mentioned hereunder: (See Table of COMMONWEALTH ACT No. 566 in COMMONWEALTH ACTS 513-653, 1940-1941 Page 2 to Page 74)
