SEC. 49. All sums available for the payment of the salaries of the officers and employees of the Immigration Division under the Department of Labor and for the sundry expenses for said Immigration Division for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and forty, are made available for carrying out the provisions of this Act; and there is appropriated, out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the additional amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos or such thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and forty-one: Provided, That appropriations for the Bureau of Immigration for subsequent fiscal years shall be included in the annual general appropriation acts.
