Section 2

SEC. 2. Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the milling, selling, buying, or bartering rice or palay shall use only containers clearly marked with the volume or weight as well as the kind or variety of the rice or palay milled, sold, bought, or bartered. These marks, preferably in print, shall be made in letters and figures of not less than two inches in height.
