Section 1
SECTION 1, Section four of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirteen is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 4. Persons authorized to solemnize marriages.—Marriage may be solemnized by— "(a) The Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court; "(b) The Presiding Judge and Appellate Judges of the Court of Appeals; "(c) Judges and Judges-at-large of the Courts of v First Instance; "(d) The municipal judges of Manila and justices of the peace; and "(e) Priests or ministers of the gospel of any denomination, church, sect or religion, and chaplains of the Army and Navy of the United States registered in the Philippine National Library as provided in Chapter IV of this Act."
