Investment of Sinking Fund Reserve.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Investment of Sinking Fund Reserve. — The Treasurer of the Philippines is authorized to invest the whole or any part of the appropriation for the sinking Fund Reserve authorized in item 21 of section one hereof in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Three thousand fourteen. All expenses in connection with such investment shall be charged against the said sinking fund reserve.
