SEC. 3. To carry out the provision of this Act, there is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise apppropriated, the sum of fifteen thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the payment of the salaries of the additional judges herein provided and of the necessary personnel, the purchase of supplies or equipment, and for traveling, and other sundry expenses.
