SECTION 1. Paragraph (d) of section twenty-five hundred and fifty of the Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended to read as follows: "(d) He may exercise the power of veto, but any vetoed ordinance or resolution may be repassed by a two-thirds vote of all the members of the council; he shall preside at all meetings of the city council, may participate in its discussions, shall have the right to vote, and he shall sign the secretary's record of the proceedings of each meeting of the council at the same meeting at which the ordinance or resolution is approved by the council."
