Section 1

SECTION 1. The next election for President and Vice President of the Philippines, Senators, and Members of the House of Representatives, shall be held on the second Tuesday in November, nineteen hundred and forty-one, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and of the Election Code insofar as they may be applicable and are not in conflict with the provisions hereof. The term "national offices" used in the Election Code shall be understood to refer to the office of President and Vice-President of the Philippines, Senators, and Members of the House of Representatives; and the term "Member of the National Assembly; used in the same Code shall be understood to refer to the Member of the House of Representatives.
