Section 12

SEC. 12. This Act shall take effect upon its approval, and shall govern only the first election for President and Vice President of the Philippines, Senators, and Members of the House of Representatives, under the Constitution of the Philippines and the amendments thereof. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 22, 1941.
