SEC. 14. All appointments, promotions, dismissals and disciplinary measures made and ordered by the Provost Marshal as Chief of Police of Manila and all other acts or orders adopted and carried into effect during the period the United States Army exercised control and supervision over the Manila Police Department are hereby confirmed.
