Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following sums as aid for the operation and maintenance of the following National, provincial, and city hospitals, and their dispensaries, which sums shall be at the disposal of the Director of Health subject to the approval of the Secretary of Health and Public Welfare: (See Table of COMMONWEALTH ACT No. 705 in COMMONWEALTH ACTS NOS.654-733, 1941-1946 Page 1 to Page 6)
