Section 1
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation of the Philippine Army for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and forty-six, in addition to the appropriations authorized therefor in the Appropriation Act for said fiscal year. The additional amounts herein appropriated shall be used for increase in the strength of the Philippine Army, as follows: (See Table of COMMONWEALTH ACT No. 717 in COMMONWEALTH ACTS NOS.654-733, 1941-1946 Page 1 to Page 5)
