SECTION 1. Appropriations of Funds.- The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary are appropriated out of the funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Philippines during the period from October first, nineteen hundred and forty-five to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and forty-six, except where otherwise specifically provided: (See Table of COMMONWEALTH ACT No. 723 in COMMONWEALTH ACTS NOS.654-733, 1941-1946 Page 1 to Page 475)
