Effective date.

Section 44

SEC. 44. Effective date.—Chapters I, II, and III of this Act, and so much of Chapter VI thereof as are necessary to carry into effect the provisions of Chapter III, shall take effect on the date of the approval of this Act; all the other Chapters and provisions shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven. Approved, October 26, 1936.
