SEC. 4. Section four of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and thirty-two is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 4. Out of the 'Rice and Corn Fund' appropriated under the provisions of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and eighteen, as amended, the sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby set aside, transferred and added to the fund made available for the establishment, maintenance, operation and equipment of stock farms, slaughterhouses and breeding stations authorized under Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and fifty-eight, as herein amended, and for the carrying out of experiments and researches on the preparation, preservation and utilization of animal products."
