Section 1
SECTION 1. Section one of Act Numbered Forty-two hundred twenty-seven, as amended by Act Numbered Forty-two hundred forty-eight, is hereby further amended so as to read as follows: "SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred ninety thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of the general fund in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to cover the transportation and other incidental expenses of the officers of the Government of the United States and other guests of the Philippine Government, including their families, invited to attend the inauguration of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Philippines."
