Section 2
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Interior shall draw up plans for the purpose of— Developing a more intelligent and enlightened public opinion especially among adults; Informing the public regarding any subject of wide interest, citizenship activities and duties, taxation, health problems, proper diet, and the like; Guiding the public in advanced methods of industry, agriculture, commerce, and other fields of economy; and Coordinating the publications of the Government and those of its instrumentalities.
