PD 1029 Section 1

Section 1

Section 1. A new Section five is hereby inserted after Section four of Presidential Decree No. 852 which shall read as follows: "SECTION 5. All acts, decrees, orders, ordinances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Decree are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly."
