Section 2

SECTION 2. Rules and Regulations for Registration. — The provisions of Presidential Decree No. 210 dated June 8, 1973, entitled "Providing for System of Registration For Members of the Barangays (Citizens Assemblies)" as amended, including its provisions on prohibited acts, imposition of penalties, prosecution of offenses, and jurisdiction of court, shall govern the registration of barangay voters herein provided.
