Guaranty of National Government.

Section 10

SECTION 10. Guaranty of National Government. — The government shall guarantee the payment of both the principal and interest of domestic and foreign loans contracted under the preceding section, with the approval of the President of the Philippines, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Finance.
