Requisites of succession.

Article 91

ARTICLE 91. Requisites of succession. — No settlement of the estate of a deceased person shall be effected unless: (a) The death of the decedent is ascertained; (b) The successor is alive at the time of the death of the decedent; and (c) The successor is not disqualified to inherit.
