SECTION 15. This Decree shall take effect upon approval. All acts, parts of acts, executive orders, ordinances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provision of this Presidential Decree are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. Pangasugan, Baybay, Leyte, more particularly described as follows: bounded on the West by the Camotes Sea; on the North by Cadastral Lots Nos. 7425, 7418, 7417, 7415, x, x, x, 7394 and 7633; on the East by the public land owned by the Provincial Government of Leyte; on the South by Cadastral Lots Nos. 7113, 7238 and 7241, having an aggregate area of 250 hectares more or less. The lots in Area 2 shall be all lots situated at Bo. Guadalupe, Baybay, Leyte, more particularly described as follows: Bounded on the North by Cadastral Lots Nos. 7238 and 7113 owned by the Provincial Government of Leyte; on the East by the public land owned by the Provincial Government of Leyte; on the South by Cadastral Lots Nos. 7227, 9520, 9519, 9533, 9548, 9547, 9551, 9554, 9565, 9564, 9563, 9562, 9561, 9574, 9573, 9572, 9571, 9581, 9582, 9584, 9708, 9707, 9706, 9705, 9704, 9703, 9723, 9724, and on the West by the Current Provincial Road, having an aggregate area of 75 hectares more or less.
