Section 7

SECTION 7. Appropriation, Operational Expenses. — The sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) shall be set aside each year for the first three years from such fees or other obligations due from toll operators of existing toll facilities to defray operational expenses of the Board. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operational expenses of the Board in the succeeding fiscal years shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Decree.
