Section 183

SEC. 183. Forfeiture of property used in unlicensed business or of dies used for printing false stamps, etc.—All chattels, machinery, and removable fixtures of any sort used in the production of articles subject to specific tax when the required tax has not been paid for such business, shall be forfeited. Dies used for the printing or making of any internal-revenue stamp, label, or tag which is in imitation of or purports to be a lawful stamp, label, or tag shall also be forfeited.
