SEC. 2. Section 36 is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph to read as follows: "The above properties including those acquired by the Authority by purchase, transfer or assignment shall be exempt from the payment of all taxes of whatever kind and nature imposed by the Republic of the Philippines, its agencies, instrumentalities or political subdivisions."
