SEC. 20. Distribution of the lists.-As soon as the lists of registered voters are completed and duly certified, the same shall forthwith be distributed as follows: One copy to the election registrar concerned; one copy to the Provincial Election Supervisor, in whose offices said lists shall be open to public inspection during regular office hours. In the event that the copy in possession of the chairman is lost or destroyed, the list of voters in the custody of the election registrar shall be used on election day.
