SEC. 3. Section 12-A of Republic Act No. 1161 is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 12-A. Dependent's pension—The dependent's pension shall be equivalent to ten per cent of the monthly pension for each dependent child but not exceeding five, beginning with the youngest and without substitution."
