Section 11

SEC. 11. Section twenty-seven of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 27. The provisions of Republic Acts Numbered Two hundred and sixty-five as amended, and Three hundred thirty-seven, as amended, insofar as they are applicable and not in conflict with any provision of this Act, are hereby made a part of this Act."
