SEC. 3. For the purpose of evaluating the amount of damages mentioned in Section 2 hereof, there is hereby created a committee to be composed of the following: Commissioner, National Pollution Control Commission, Chairman. Director, Bureau of Mines, Vice Chairman. Administrator, National Irrigation Administration, Member. Director, Bureau of Lands, Member. Director, Bureau of Plant Industry, Member. Director, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Member. Executive Director, National Environmental Protection Council, Member. Director, Bureau of Forest Development, Member.
