Section 10

SEC. 10. Reports. — Investment Houses shall submit to the Securities and Exchange Commission and to the Central Bank a semi annual report of operations and financial condition, signed under oath by its chief accountant and verified by its president. The Securities and Exchange Commission may, at its discretion, require Investment Houses to include their underwriting commitments as contingent accounts in their financial statements.
