Section 58

SEC. 58. Place for filing statements.—The statement of receipts and expenditures of a candidate for regional representative shall be filed with the Regional Election Director of the Commission, and that of a candidate for sectoral representative shall be filed with the Commission. The Regional Election Director shall, within fifteen days after the last day for the filing of the statements, send to the Commission the duplicate copies of all statements filed with him.
