SEC. 104. Requirements for voting centers.—Each vot ing center shall be, as far as practicable, a ground floor and shall be of sufficient size to comfortably accommodate forty voters at one time outside the guard rail for the committee. The voting center shall be located, whenever possible, along a public road. A public school building having the requirements prescribed herein shall be preferred for use as a voting center. If no public school building is available, any other public building, a private school building, or any private building having the prescribed requirements may be used, in that order of preference.
