Section 110

SEC. 110. Tally boards.—At the beginning of the counting there shall be placed within plain view of the committee, the watchers and the public, a tally board or sheet where the names of all the candidates shall be written and the third member shall record thereon the votes received by each of them as the chairman of the committee reads the ballots.
