SEC. 2. Repealing Clause — Pertinent provisions of Republic Act nine hundred fifty-four (R.A. 954) relative to basque pelota games, and all other laws, decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations, or parts thereof inconsistent with this decree are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly.
