Causes for Removal from Office.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Causes for Removal from Office. — Any member of the Board may be removed from office for neglect of duty, incompetence, malpractice, unprofessional, unethical, immoral, or dishonorable conduct after having been given the opportunity to defend himself in a proper administrative investigation: Provided, That during the process of investigation, the President of the Philippines shall suspend such member under investigation and shall appoint a temporary member in his place. Vacancies in the Board shall be filled for the unexpired term only.
