SECTION 1. The following subdivisions known as Moonwalk Phase I & II, Bricktown, Phase 1, 2 and 3, and Multinational Village in Barangay Sto. Niño, in the Municipality of Parañaque, Metro Manila, is hereby detached and separated therefrom to form and constitute into a distinct and independent barangay which is created to be known as Barangay Moonwalk without affecting in any manner the legal existence of the mother barangay.
