SECTION 10. The officers of the administration of the
University shall be the University President, the Vice-Presidents the Secretary
of the University and such other academic and administrative officials whose
positions and functions are deemed necessary to assist in the effective and
efficient administration of the University as may be determined by the Board of
Regents.
