SEC. 8. Section 15 of the same Decree is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 15. Declaration of Location of a Mining Claim. The declaration of location covering the meridional block or fraction thereof constituting the mining claim shall be filed with the Mining Regional Officer concerned in a form prescribed for the purpose."
