Section 9 of Republic Act No. 6390 transferring certain government properties of the private domain to the Land Bank, and reserve the same for the use of the City of Manila, which parcels of land are commonly known as follows: Lot No. 6, Block No. 939 Lot No. 5, Block No. 936 Lot No. 43-C-1, PSD-28694 Lot No. 43-2, PSD-28694 containing a total area of thirty-one thousand, two hundred eighty-four square meters (31,284), more or less, situated in Nagtahan, Sta. Mesa, Manila. This Decree is hereby made a part of the law of the land and shall take effect immediately.
