Section 16

SEC. 16. Miscellaneous.—All heads of Departments, Agencies, Offices and instrumentalities of the National Government as well as political subdivisions are hereby enjoined to extend full cooperation and assistance to the Corporation in the implementation of the provisions of this Decree.
