Section 10

SEC. 10. Penalties.—Any willful violation by the regional or area headquarters of a multinational company which has established regional warehouse or warehouses of any provision of this Decree, or its implementing rules and regulations, or any provision of existing laws shall constitute a sufficient cause for the cancellation of its license or registration in addition to the penalties hereinabove provided in Section 2, sub-section (b) and Section 4 hereof.
