The Board of Visitors of the University.

Section 16

SEC. 16. The Board of Visitors of the University.—The President of the Republic of the Philippines, the First Lady of the Philippines, the Secretary of Education and Culture, and the Regional Commissioner for Western Mindanao shall constitute a board of visitors of the University whose duty is to attend commencement exercise of the University, to make visits at such other times as they may deem proper, to examine the property, look into the state of finances of the University, to inspect all books of accounts of the institution and to report and make recommendations to the President of the Philippines.
