Section 15

SEC. 15. All personnel, assets, records, and appropriation of the Institutions of higher learning integrated in this Decree are hereby transferred to the University, except he appropriations of the Appari College of Fisheries, Bukig National Agricultural and Technical School, Cagayan Valley Agricultural College, Sanchez-Mira Rural Vocational School, Aparri School of Art and Trades, Gonzaga National Agricultural Vocational School, Western Cagayan School of Arts and Trades.
