Section 10

SEC. 10. Duties of the Deputy Executive Director. The Deputy Executive Director shall perform such duties as designated by the Executive Director and shall act in his stead upon the incapacity or absence of the Executive Director. He shall directly supervise the functions of the Administrative Department.
