SEC. 22. Exemption from OCPC Classification. The following positions in the Philippine Convention Bureau’s corporate structure are exempted from OCPC classification: Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, Department Heads, Corporate Secretary and all regular, technical and professional staff as determined by the Board of Trustees.
