MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree the revision of Presidential Decree No. 189, dated May 11, 1973, as amended, the charter creating the Department of Tourism, which shall henceforth read in its entirety as follows:
