Repealing and Separability Clause.

Section 17

SEC. 17. Repealing and Separability Clause.—All laws, decrees, charters, executive orders, administrative orders, proclamations, rules and regulations, or parts thereof in conflict with this Decree are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. If any provision, part or parts of this Decree is or are declared unconstitutional, such declaration shall not invalidate the other provisions hereof.
