Section 3

SEC. 3. A new Section is hereby inserted after Section 13 to be denominated Section 13-A which shall read as follows: "SECTION 13-A. Whenever there is an increase in the number of court salas, there shall be a corresponding increase in the number of assistant provincial/city fiscals' positions at the ratio of two fiscals to a sala."
