Section 10

SEC. 10. Urban Land Ceiling. To discourage excessive concentration of land ownership, the Batasang Pambansa shall determine upon recommendation of the Ministry of Human Settlements, the maximum size of lands to be owned in an Urban Zone. The Government may acquire lands in excess of the prescribed maximum size of lands.
